q869 Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "q869," "we," "us," "our" refers to the q869 platform and its operating entity, which provides online casino and sports betting services accessible at q869.net.
• "Member," "you," "your" refers to any individual who has successfully registered a q869 account and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• "Platform" refers to the q869 website, mobile interface, and all associated services, games, tools, and features available at q869.net.
• "Account" refers to the registered member profile created upon successful completion of the q869 registration and verification process.
• "Real Money Play" refers to any wagering activity conducted using funds deposited into a member's q869 PKR wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a member's account as part of a q869 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency in which q869 accounts are denominated and transactions are processed.
• "Verification Documents" refers to the CNIC and any supporting documents required by q869 to verify a member's identity, age, and payment ownership.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the q869 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout a member's relationship with q869:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform. q869 enforces a strict 21+ policy without exception.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, bots, and artificial intelligence agents may not register accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a functioning email address.
• You must not be subject to any legal restriction, court order, or self-exclusion agreement that prohibits you from participating in online gaming or gambling activities.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, affiliate partner, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of q869 or any of its affiliated software providers.

q869 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

3 Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the q869 platform at any given time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, q869 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus funds credited across those accounts, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

3.2 Account Security

Members are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. q869 will never request your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. You must notify q869 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

q869 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with international gaming compliance standards. Members may be required to submit the following documents at any point during their membership:

• A clear photograph or scan of both sides of your valid Pakistani CNIC.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered name and number).
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other document confirming your current residential address.
• A selfie photograph holding your CNIC, where specifically requested by the q869 compliance team.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by q869 will result in suspension of withdrawal capabilities until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.4 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login or real-money transaction has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. q869 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of Rs 200 per month to inactive accounts after this threshold. Members will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for twenty-four (24) consecutive months may be closed at q869's discretion.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to q869 must be made through the payment methods listed in the q869 cashier section at the time of the transaction. Accepted methods currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. q869 does not accept cash deposits, third-party deposits, or deposits originating from credit facilities not registered in the member's own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Members may request a withdrawal of their verified real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The member's account must have completed KYC verification in full before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the member's own name. q869 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering compliance requirements.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically complete within five to fifteen minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed on the same business day.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

q869 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in accordance with international gaming compliance standards. q869 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the funds involved may be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct. Such cases may be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the member.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

q869 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Bonuses are credited in the form of Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• Unless specifically stated otherwise in a promotion's individual terms, the standard wagering requirement applicable to all q869 bonuses is thirty (30) times the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the relevant promotion. Certain game categories, including specific live casino tables and jackpot slots, may be excluded from bonus wagering.
• q869 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering already in progress under a valid bonus at the time of cancellation will be honoured.
• Only one bonus may be active in a member's account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

6 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted on the q869 platform. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the q869 sportsbook and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the q869 system. Members are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their selections before confirming any wager.
• q869 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including markets with incorrectly quoted odds, markets opened before an event's scheduled start time due to a technical error, or markets relating to events that have already commenced at the time of bet placement without q869's knowledge.
• In-play betting markets close and settle in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by q869's data provider. q869's decision on the result of any event is final.
• Maximum bet limits and minimum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the sportsbook. q869 reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits where patterns of play raise compliance concerns.
• Winnings from combination (accumulator) bets are calculated by multiplying the individual odds of each selection. If one or more legs of a combination bet are voided, the bet is recalculated as if those legs did not exist.
• PSL, international cricket, and other cricket markets are governed by the standard cricket betting rules published in the q869 Cricket section. In the event of a match being abandoned or postponed beyond the permitted window, bets will be settled according to the published abandonment rules.

7 Casino Games

All casino games available on the q869 platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and instant-win titles — are provided by licensed third-party software providers. Each game is governed by its own paytable, RTP (Return to Player) percentage, and rules, which are accessible within the game itself.

• All slot and RNG-based games on q869 use certified Random Number Generators that have been independently tested for fairness. The outcome of each game round is entirely random and is not influenced by previous results.
• Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studio environments. The decisions of the live dealer are final, subject to the resolution of any technical dispute through q869's support process.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, q869's server records will be used to determine the outcome of the round. Where a complete outcome cannot be determined, the stake will be returned to the member's account.
• q869 is not responsible for any loss suffered by a member as a result of interruptions to internet connectivity on the member's side during active game play.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the q869 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another individual.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or display glitches to generate unintended winnings. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker games, coordinated bonus wagering, or match-fixing in sports betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the q869 platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward q869 staff or other members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute any part of the q869 platform, its content, or its game data without prior written authorisation.

9 Responsible Gaming

q869 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal harm. The following tools are available to all q869 members at no charge through their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set a maximum session duration. q869 will display a notification when the session limit is approaching and will log the member out automatically when the limit is reached.
• Reality Checks: Members may enable periodic reminders of total session duration and net gaming activity during each session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may apply a temporary account suspension of between one and thirty days. During a cooling-off period, the member cannot log in, deposit, or wager.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may apply for a self-exclusion period of six months, one year, two years, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, all marketing communications are suspended and the account cannot be reopened before the exclusion period has expired.

10 Privacy & Data

q869's collection, use, storage, and protection of member personal data is governed by the q869 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the q869 Privacy Policy in full. The Privacy Policy is available at q869.net/privacy-policy.

In summary, q869 collects personal data strictly for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. q869 does not sell or rent member personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, q869's total liability to any member arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

q869 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data stored on the platform.
• Interruption to the platform caused by events outside q869's reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or actions of third-party service providers.
• Any loss suffered as a result of the member's own negligence, including failure to maintain account security or failure to read applicable game and betting rules.

Nothing in these Terms excludes q869's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12 Termination

q869 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at any time and without prior notice where q869 reasonably believes that the member has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to q869, other members, or the integrity of the platform.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting q869 support via live chat or email. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining verified real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the member through their registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure unless wagering requirements have already been satisfied in full.

13 Amendments

q869 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, q869 will notify registered members by email or by a prominent notice displayed on the platform at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect, except where a more immediate change is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Continued use of the q869 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the member's acceptance of the revised Terms. Members who do not accept revised Terms must close their account before the effective date of the change.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming compliance framework under which q869 operates.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through q869's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant international gaming dispute resolution body. q869's decisions regarding the interpretation and application of these Terms in matters of platform integrity, game outcomes, and account management are final and binding.
